I will show them

I'm so tired of all the people telling me that I'm fat and need to go on a diet ... I've got news for them I WILL LOSE ALL THIS WEIGHT AND I WILL SHOW YOU WHAT I'M MADE OF ... check this space

I am busy loosing weight having gone from 84.2kg to 81.5kg is already an achievement and I know I could get to that I can get to my goal weight of 60kg ... I just wish people could stop being so insensitive ...

I mean WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY ...

It reminds me of that trainer on Biggest Loser that was also overweight and lost so much weight and when Oprah interviewed her she told people its not a nice thing to always criticise ... anyway

VENT, VENT, VENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, now I feel better ...

Today is just ...

a little bit better then yesterday ... I woke up in such a good mood ...

ok here is my menu

B: 1 cup cooled boiled water with 3 drops of lemon, 1 pie
S: 1 banana
L: Rice, fish and gravy and a yoghurt ... I'm greedy ... LOL
S: apple
D: chicken fillet and rice ...
S: nectacot

Water: 3ltrs and maybe an appletiser ...

My (.)(.) are so sore ... eish ... don't know what's up ...

Ok I might have a Cohen buddy just waiting for her to get back to me ... I cannot for the life of me do the diet alone ... I will cheat alot ...

TO COHEN OR NOT TO COHEN?

Well thanks to H24 I got the popular Dr. Cohen diet for FREE ... hehehe ... someone was kind enough to post it and the shopping list on there ...

The diet seems easy, healthy and scrumptious but I'm not too sure as to when to start on it ...

I mean I do want to loose weight, but don't know if I should start now or next year?

I know Dec will be very 'socially' ... and we will be boozing and kuiering ... that is why I'm so scared to start ...

So I'm still thinking of it this week ... haha ... I wish the light bulb could just go on now ...

ok my menu today ....

B: 1 sausage roll and glass of juice
S: nectarine and a cup of tea
L: 1 sausage roll and a cup of tea
S: banana
D: don't know yet ...
S: nectarine

well ... lets see if I still loose this week ... I'm actually surprised to still be on 80kg despite having a visit from the wicked witch ...

Menu: Monday - Wednesday

From tomorrow onwards I will post my menu daily.

Monday:

B: muesli & LF yoghurt
S: fruit salad
L: chicken and salad
S: appletiser
D: provitas and boiled egg

Gym: 15 minutes bike, 15 minutes treadmill (walking), 5 minutes stepper

Tuesday:

B: ww pronutro LF milk
S: provitas and cheese
L: mash and grilled chop
S: dry lemon
D: provitas and chicken livers

Gym: 15 minutes bike, 10 minutes treadmill (jogging)

Wednesday:

B: provitas and peanut butter and a cup of tea
S: nothing
L: pap and chicken livers with a dry lemon
S: sprite zero
D: spaghetti and mince

Gym: no gym ... going to church ...

Fluids: 1 ltr water each day, 1 cup of tea each day ...

I need to start drinking more water as I only drink 1ltr a day.

My starting weight is: 84.2kg
My goal weigh is: 60kg
My mini goal is: 75kg

I believe I can do it ... I was there once before, so I can go back ...
