Introduction

This is a day-to-day journal of my lifestyle change I'm making.

I need to loose weight and lots of it ... to keep healthy and in shape ...

My starting weight is: 84.2kg
My goal weigh is: 60kg
My mini goal is: 75kg

I believe I can do it ... I was there once before, so I can go back ...
